Jiangmen Nanhai Catering and Entertainment Co., Ltd., established in 1997, is an investment enterprise group in Macau invested by Mr. Kuang Yaoming, the company's boss. The earliest member of the group is Nanhai Fish Village Shark's Fin Seafood Restaurant in Jianghai District, Jiangmen City, founded by Mr. Kuang Yaoming in 1992. Yuhao Catering Co., Ltd., established in 2009 in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, is the second member of the group.

Jiangmen Yuo Food Co., Ltd., established in 2017, is the third member of the group, located in Jianghai High-tech Zone, Jiangmen City. It plans to build a large-scale food industrial park with an initial investment of 150 million yuan, covering an area of over 50,000 square meters. It is scheduled to officially start production in August 2023, mainly producing and operating baked goods, Chinese pastries, Macau specialty foods, and preserved meats. The featured product, "Charcoal-baked Emperor Mooncake," has obtained a national invention patent and won the gold award at the Hong Kong International Patent Invention Expo in 2010.

The group is committed to promoting and carrying forward Cantonese cuisine and food culture. After thirty years of unremitting efforts and diligent management, the company has developed from a small-scale shack restaurant to a catering management group with two high-end Cantonese restaurants and a large-scale food industrial park. It is one of the earlier Macau-funded enterprises to invest in Jiangmen.
