SQF is the most rigorous food safety management verification system in the world. The ingredients we choose are safe and non-toxic. We have also imported the latest automatic noodle manufacturing equipment from Japan. In order to make the texture taste better, we make the dough into a sheet by repeatedly pressing with high technic machine. The step will make the noodle taste chewier and firmer. After cutting the dough sheet, we send all the noodles to IQF right after cooked. This step also keeps noodles fresh. As long as you store the noodles below -18〫C, the expiration day can be 18 months long without adding preservative. PLN products have been exported to more than 10 countries, which includes America, Canada, Costa Rica, Brazil, England, Netherlands, Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and China. Our frozen products are being sold in Carrefour and RT-MART in Taiwan.
